        Needed to rent a better chainsaw and called them up. Helpful on the phone and provided more than I thought they would: Safety gear, helmet with visor, gas, chain oil, and the chainsaw. Clear rates and friendly service. Would rent tools from here again.

        Do not recommend rented a moving truck through them. Cancelled my order without telling me until I showed up and never refunded the $150 deposit I paid. It has been three weeks and 10+ phone calls and I still cant get anyone to help give me a refund.

        You cannot pre-rent tools, the tool I needed was out and I asked if I could come down and pay to get it next and was told first come first served, so I asked if I could give them my number and he could call me when it came back to the store and I was told we don't do that.
