        I was not banned from your store. Nor was i rude to your employees. You sold me a device and did not carry the replacement coils for the device the next week. I asked about an exchange for a device you have coils for and you offered to sell me a different one. I told you that is not how you run a business and you started calling names. I stated i will never shop there again and walked out.

      Hey Shawn, im assuming your still upset that we banned you from the store over 3 years ago for being rude and disrespectful to our employees after several warnings. You are 1 of 2 people we have ever had to ban from the store in over 8 years of business. The other one was harassing a female customer and making Her feel uncomfortable. We will not tolerate either behavior. We take your 1 star review as a reflection of you not us.
