Eagle Rock Apartments at Nashua

Maintenance and the manager are great but corporate doesn't care about the people that live on their property what so ever. The laundry kiosk has not worked for at least a year now, taking money without being able to refund and now we just can't use it at all. Maintence temporarily fixed this problem by making the laundry free for a few months while corporate drags their heels on replacing the kiosk but corporate got wind of it and had them change the washer and dryers back to paid. We still cannot use the kiosk because corporate doesn't want to fix it and now we can even add money to our laundry cards to do laundry at all. This on top of the water not working half the time, rude people that answer the phone at corporate and ridiculous towing rules when it snows earns this place 1 star out of 5. The only saving grace are the on-site maintence people and the current manager, so have 1 more star for fun. I obviously dont have a problem paying for laundry but its their responsibility to ensure we can actually do it. Corporate pretty much spit in our faces and said "f off, deal with it". What is wrong with this company?

This review is specifically for maintenance. Jeff, the maintenance person, does a good job responding in a timely manner and provides recommendations as well.

Jeff from maintenance is awesome, hes very knowledgeable and quick when a work order is submitted. Id give him a 10 out of 10.

Jeff always completes our maintenance requests in a timely manner. If its not fixed the first time, he never has a problem coming back.
