        They falsely claim they cannot remove a vehicle with out cancelation of the plates The RMV says throw the plate away they are not giving receipts out Similar thing happened to my 97 bmw it was removed with no problem Yet if you don't pay for your insurance they cancel your insurance anyways lol..... They only care for there money they double my premium since last year with no explanation when I call they stated they don't know why is a state surge or what ever she explain Too bad cause I really like this insurance company but is time to say good bye
