I have nothing but good things to say about the Nashua Public Defenders . My sons attorney is Danielle and she is great! I was so lost and called so many times a day. She never ignored my phone calls and always called me back. She has feelings for people and cares. I cant thank her enough for all she has done for my son . Danielle, thank you so much for everything! I really dont know what I would have done without your kindness and caring. Thank you to the office also. They are very professional.

My public defender appointed to me was Margaret Kettles, she had know knowledge of what had happened at the actual arrest scene after I explained it months prior, hadn't checked for any footage or even understood that the other party wanted nothing to do with pressing charges only the state from which they had no grounds too. Her legal idea of "reasonable suspicion" was if someone says you did something even with no proof is enough to get charged and put in jail. The whole case Margaret was trying to find her way out as fast as possible with no regard with what I was trying to accomplish. When I asked how I can be appointed a new public defender and take her off my case she argued and wouldn't tell me, saying she'll talk to me next week, I had to call the state myself and figure out the steps with the court instead.

In three decades of my life in Nashua NH I am so grateful for those lawyers whose dedication to their jobs is hard to describe. Stellar. The NH PUBLIC DEFENDER is to me is on top of my admiration. Top nationwide if not worldwide. Once you have them on your side you are rest assured that justice is on your side. I wondered what could have happened to me if not with them listening to me. Who would listen to a woman of color? They do. I am so grateful for them. I didn't have, not even once who failed or cut me short . They are all up there. If I can have them a million stars I would. Like Mr. Host ,he was the one who represented me the last time. Boy, the talk of the town that day. What can I say. Zachary Host. Shine on Mr. Host. They are the diamonds in New Hampshire shining upon us. My gratitude to all of you. Bravo! Fist pump in the air. Yessss

I cant say enough about NHPD and the professionalism of Attorney Michael Davidow. The way Michael Davidow handled my case literally blew my mind. The way he handled not only my case, but himself as an attorney was incredible. When I stepped into that courtroom watching him represent me, I was in awe. I mean, it was like watching a really great law movie or show. My case and him really inspired me to go to law schoool, which I plan on doing. This place is not owned or ran by the state, its in fact a non profit organization that gets contracted by the state every year because a judicial council advocates for it on behalf of the state that is made up of lawyers and judges. They really do care about their clients, NH is like the only state that does this I believe. Really think about sticking with NHPD if youre indigent. If I ever (which wont ever happen again) get charged with anything, I would want Michael Davidow representing me. This guy deserves way more credit and atleast 100k more a year for what he does. He is worth it all day long. That whole office is great at what they do. Including the other attorney assigned to my case Daniel Donadio and the Investigator Samantha Lacer, they were both great, down to earth people, really cared about my case. Just overall great people who took care of me. They were all top notch with communication as well, always answered a call, emailed me back within minutes. I mean just great great great service. I honestly wish I had money because I would give each of them what they would make in private practice. They are more than worth it. Thanks for everything you guys!! -MG
