Clinton Medley was amazing to work with! He was very attentive and observant, noting additional areas of need such as plugging holes to prevent further infestation without me having to ask. Clinton is a very friendly personable employee who took the initiative to take his service the extra step! Had a bird trapped between my fireplace flute and wall. Somehow it go through a small opening and couldn't find its way out. I call Pest End at 8 am and they were at my house by 930 . They got the bird out through a punch hole in my electrical panel without causing any damage to my house. The gentleman that came out was very professional and cared about my home. If I ever have a situation like this again I will call Pest End. Oh yeah the bird looked very happy too as he flew away.

Troy and Eddie did a great job at my house today. Answered all my questions. I'm glad they were able to stop by and I had some problems that I've been bringing to the management and they finally were able to identify some areas of concern and give me some solutions. I'm optimistic for the outcome and I look forward to seeing these guys. Thank you so much!

Extremely happy today! My wife and I discovered what we thought were small termites around a baseboard of our living room, in our home of 46 years. We pulled back our rug and discovered some floor damage. We were stressed out because we did not know to what extent the problem was. My wife was beside herself with anxiety. I knew of Pest-End because I met the owners once at a chamber of commerce event. My wife called and within a few hours, a technician (Justin LeMay) contacted her and verified through a picture that it was a termite situation. Justin came by the very next morning and with his education, experience, and hands-on knowledge, he discovered the source and allayed all my wife's fears because he had an instant plan of action. My wife called me at work and told me she had just met one of the most polite and knowledgeable people she had met in a very long time. I say that Justin passed the 3 P's I look for in any customer service situation. That is being: Polite-Professional and Prompt. Justin checked all the boxes and more. Pest end Control is the best place to go for pest control. They are friendly, efficient knowledgeable and make me feel very comfortable. They are very careful regarding placement and your pets. They always come when they say they will and they return as needed until the problem is solved. They know how to find where the problem starts and they fill every hole. Steve came over recently and took great care to figure out the problem. He is a very nice guy! Highly recomm.ended. Thank you PEst end
