Robbielynne is very professional and excellent at her trade. She is always responsive to our needs and offers suggestions to make our home as clean as it could be. It is a pleasure working with her. I am extremely pleased with her responsiveness and her attention to details and her organization skills. Robbi-Lyn puts her heart and soul into her business. She told me she would clean my house like she would clean her own but I suspect she cleaned it more thoroughly. She was very communicative and flexible right from the start. I have allergies to dust and harsh chemicals. She was willing to work with me on Cleaning products as well as the vacuum cleaner she would use. The job was a tough one: a move in clean with 12 years of accumulated dirt especially in the basement. It took them an hour longer than she predicted, which speaks to the difficulty of the job not the work of the cleaners. She didnt even charge extra in spite of the fact that it took them extra time. Although she appreciated the extra tip I gave them which was very well deserved. Thanks so much Robbi-Lyn, and your crew.
