        The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. They patiently took the time to thoroughly explain and assist a friend in setting up the entire process. As a result of their efforts, my friend not only received upgraded equipment but also left the store with a new phone and watch, all while managing to pay considerably less than her previous expenses.

        Went in at 6:32 tonight and was told that I wasnt allowed to pay with cash because they had closed the drawer already. So you close the register a hour and a half before you close?!? Ridiculous.

        Ive had varying experiences at tech support stores so im always a bit hesitant to go to them. I recently got a new phone here, Elijah helped me set it up, and they also helped my mom, (who has a bit of a harder time with technology.) Elijah was wonderful, incredibly patient and helpful, and my mother and i agree that working with them was the best tech support service weve had.
