Backlender Cleaning Service

I held of on leaving this review to give Silvio time to get to the bottom of what happend and get back to me which he never did. So I'll briefly state what happened. I hired backlender to do a deep cleaning on my home the very next day after the cleaning my emergency credit cards I have hidden in a bedroom drawer that had never been used once online or otherwise started randomly being used online, not being born last night and no one else being in the house for months it was obvious what happened I reported it to Silvio he said he would get back to me and never did. worst experience everm, please stay away from their services. paid $300 for nothing. reasons why i am giving 1 star:1) left 2 big unremovable stains (degreaser stains) on my floor which they did not care to remove at all2) i had to micromanage their cleaner while she was doing her job3) she literally rammed cabinets, refrigerator parts and also pulled out a few blinds out of the window4) did not clean a lot of the areas of the housewe googled a few online deep cleaners and saw that backlender cleaning had good reviews so we called them and they were prompt to schedule a deep cleaning  service at the earliest.  in my opinion, it was a 2-person job but they sent only 1 person to clean the house and it was a horrible experience. other customers might have had good experiences, but we clearly did not. oh well! shit happens and life moves on. but i will never use them ever again
