NextGen Event Co was on top of everything from the initial planning stages to the execution of our brand activation. They have great attention to detail and the staff we worked with including Jennifer, Rob and Steven were amazing. Id highly recommend this company if you want your event done right and leave a great impression with your attendees.

Randy was short, and confrontational, with me. He would answer some questions but when I wanted specifics like asking for a contract to review in writing, prior to committing a rental, his reply was its in cue and I cannot give this to you at this second. I said its not needed today, what about in the next few business days? Then all the sudden the golf simulator I inquired about, with specific dates, is not available based on their inventory. I replied with a thanks and he hung up on me. I dodged a bullet. This company may provide good service to some people but in terms of customer service inquiries, I would give Randy a zero. He wouldnt even give me their number in case I had further questions on first request. He said its in the email signature. I told him Jennifer did not provide that. He finally provided a number. Its pretty sketch when you cant even find a business number on their website. There is another company I called to ask questions about a golf simulator rental. For one, their phone number is listed on the top page of their website. Secondly, the owner answered immediately and politely answered all my questions and encouraged me to call back. They were about $1000 more but made me feel confident in doing business with them should we invest in a golf simulator rental.

Hired this company for corporate holiday party. They did great job providing entertainment and everyone at the party had a great time.

I was able to communicate with the sales rep quickly and get everything we needed for a successful event. They were able to customize based on our needs and brought a lot of fun to our event! Thank you to Jennifer and the team for helping us create great memories. Looking forward to using them again in the future for some of the other fun activations!

We used NextGen for a company in-person event and it was a great decision! Randy was very quick with communication and calls as well as giving details on what was included and other options we could choose from. Our attendees loved the VR inclusion.
