Take my mother here 3 times a week. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, empathetic, and compassionate, and that is an understatement. After an assessment, a plan for the patient is created which can be adjusted as needed as the patient progresses. We can see her progress, and it's attributed directly to the care they give her. I have referred others to them with complete confidence. If this therapy is needed for your recuperation, try them; they will do whatever they can to help you.

Bergenfield Rehabilitation Physical Therapy is soothing and comfortable place. Dr Joe addresses patient concerns, and teaches strategy when exercising to reinforce strength and mobility using exercise machines. His staff is very professional, caring and attentive. The therapists are very patient, caring and provide comfort during treatments. I looked forward to going three. times a week. Treatments I received for my neck, shoulder, and knee helped me regain confidence and lost 10 lbs. I feel great and would recommend this place to my family and friends.

I've been treated by Joe, Neng and Lalaine off and on for the last 4 years, for 3 different injuries. Each time, they have walked me through the healing process from start to finish. They are very caring about their patients, and would frequently follow up with me after hours. They have even helped me get a ride to the office when I was having mobility issues. After my spinal fusion, they had me up, walking, and taking care of myself on my own within 30 days without a walker or cane, and I was back to work in 3 months. They are absolute miracle workers! I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are the only place I will ever go if I need any future physical therapy.

Excellent service & care. They really took the time to help me recover & answer all my questions. I had such a positive experience & respect for everyone, that I referred my parents for when they needed physical therapy. The staff was great with them & made them feel comfortable & the positive atmosphere helped motivate them. Thank you very much for all your help Joe & Jenn.
