        By far the best experience I've had at IHOP the IHOP in Burlington definitely showed its worth today the food was great the service was top-notch & the atmosphere was just right

        I can see why it has only 3 stars. First off, the food was cold when we got it. Only 3 of us. The biscuits & gravy. It's more like hard biscuits n no gravy. Gave us a side plastic cup of gravy. My oldest son's country friend steak & gravy. A small n when I say small... it was like a slap of gravy .. he had to ask for more gravy THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR!! IT WAS SO BAD All and I mean all the employees had Bluetooth earbuds on. Why does the manager have his on? Is he taking a phone call that he needs it. Is he making life giving advice that he needs to have his Bluetooth in his ear or, for that fact, his EMPLOYEES while they take orders. Over all I will never come to this one again might not even go back to an IHOP sad to see this place like this.
