        This bank keeps changing there system for business and personal credit cards. I can't get access to my business credit card for weeks. TD bank is the worst and I'm filing a complaint with New Jersey attorney general.

        Went to this location today. Waited for over an hour to just remove my name from a joint account. Only one person available to do this at a main branch. Probably about a half an hour before closing, we were told that they were having computer issues and we should probably not wait. Took over an hour to tell us this? My guess is that the one person working didn't want to start something new so close to her end of work day. Poor customer service. Try somewhere else for your banking needs!
