      image Extremely unprofessional!! She had me standing there for 30 mins. When it finally hit 2pm she went to close the door and turn to me and asked what I need help with. All I wanted was to open a joint checking and saving account. But she was too concern on closing the door, she didnt even want to bother to helping me.

      image Title: "Inconvenient Check Cashing Policy"
      I recently visited the Hoboken branch of Citibank with a check issued from their bank. Unfortunately, they informed me that only their Newark locations could cash it, redirecting me unnecessarily. Most banks accommodate check cashing, making this policy seem inconvenient and counterintuitive. It's something potential customers might want to be aware of to save time and hassle.

      image Super slow service, unless you here just for the counter services. Probably worst experience with citi so far, prepare to spend at least one hour for anything, some reps are missing basic knowledge.
      01/24 Update: I really appreciate Bonito's help in resolving account issues. Raising one star up.
