Overlook Flats Jersey City

I had to write a review for my new home because Ive been here a month now and I absolutely love it ! From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was for me. The hallways are decorated similar to the Armani hotel in Dubai and thats my favorite hotel ever. This theme definitely continues through out the buildings as the finishes are high quality from the door handles to the high quality paint, everything has a modern appearance and the appliances (washer dryer in unit!!) are all brand new and well known brands. I love the gym - it has everything you need, it even smells new which I love! All the equipment is super clean, the gym is spacious and high tech. What makes this building really special is the rooftop with panoramic views of Manhattan, I cannot wait for the pool to open in May and I love being able to get away from the city, have silence at night but still be close enough to be downtown in less than 30 mins. Tony and Mark on the front desk are absolute gems, they are really what gives this place a sense of home and safety. Theyve helped us out with huge packages and are always super polite, willing to help. The building wouldnt be the same without them. Brandon, Scott, Jasmine and Alex were all amazing getting us set up - thank you for finding my perfect home. I am incredibly happy here and I love my apartment :-) I recommend Overlook Apts with a 5 star review!

Amazing building to be living in. Honestly cant express how good it is to be living here. Great escape from living in midtown and still being in the city. Construction still going on so the building can be busy during the day. Great amenities and super quiet, everyone keeps to themselves yet still interact with one another. I feel as if the average age of the people living here are in their 30s. Building has 0 children which is awesome. Tony at the front desk takes care of everything, hes your guy if you need anything. Honestly i have little to few complaints. Our agent sold me on my truck being able to fit in the self park garage, come to find out it doesnt fit. Which is a pain but it is what it is. If you have an average size car or crossover you're good.

Very disrespectful management and front concierge!!! Ghosted my appointment but still let me wait for over 50 minutes without any explanation. Wont be happy living here for sure. My appointment was 2:30PM, we arrived at 2:00PM. The front desk told me the agent was informed already. At 2:30, the front desk said someone would be with me in 10 minutes. I was like ok thats fine. Unfortunately there was nobody even in 20 minutes. I didnt left until 2:50PM.

Moved here over Christmas. This is honestly the most incredible place Ive ever lived. The views, the staff and the amenities are incredible. We had a minor issue with our apartment and someone was with us within the hour to fix it. If you are looking for a fun, friendly and genuinely beautiful apartment complex to live in, I can not recommend this place highly enough

We are very much content with the great customer services from management team members such as Jazmine, Andy and every Team member at this property. The front desk Team are also make us fell at home and are always able to assist us with any information or whatever we need. our special thanks goes to Mark and Tony for their wonderful Customer service beyond compare. Our special thanks to the sales team for their professional sales tactics that made it easier for us to move to Overlook Flats and we recommending apply and witness what we are experiencing. The Management is also sharing some of the profit with all the tenants by the way creating events for tenants to come together once a month. This efforts is their attempt to create a global family and diversity between tenants form all over the world to meet and share a meal and create a global family. We are very glad to members of the Overlook Flats family culture and friendly atmosphere. Thank you very much your services.
