        I've worked event programming in over 30 residential buildings in the NY area, and Harry at 70 Greene is by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, and personable concierge/doorman I've encountered.

        Very awful noise control. Using a speaker with the volume that you can't even hear when you are 5 feet away, volume around 12-15 for your TV would already make your neighbor go crazy. Stay away of this building if you got a speaker or soundbar for your TV, or even if you live with someone else and usually have happy conversations, those are also considered noise to our neighbor.
