Julio maintenance came to repair my ceiling from leak. He did a professional job. Anytime I need something done. Property manger Ms.Tasha Smith is always available to address any concerns with a professional attitude and willingness to get the situation resolved. The staff at front desk is always pleasant and inviting, whenever I visit the office. I call and the answer is courteous and swift. I enjoy the amenities and security here at Whitlock.

Update as of October 14, 2023: The heating system is still not functioning. Last night, I set the temperature to 75 before going to bed, but I woke up to a cold room with a temperature of 69 this morning. It was communicated to the residents that the cooling system would be turned off and the heating system would be activated after October 11, 2023. However, it appears that nothing has changed. I reached out to the Super about this issue, but once again, he didn't respond. This isn't the first time - I messaged him about some other problem three months ago, and he ignored my text. (A review from 10 months ago ) The manager never answers phone calls or emails. She only reaches out by email when she needs to identify those responsible for damage to public facilities. It's a completely irresponsible approach.
