The location of the hotel makes it exceptionally good for a relaxing weekend getaway. Nice view. Great food at reasonable prices and very friendly staffs.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but the landlord is so greedy and dishonest that it is deserved. Do not believe anything the leasing team tells you. The construction is disruptive and it is ongoing. You will hear it not just when working from home (so loud that my colleagues can also hear it) but also on weekends and even late nights. Now they are building a restaurant that they conveniently never mentioned during lease renewal. Oh yeah and they raise the rent 15% every year. That's an additional $700 a month to be woken up by construction every morning. From 1-3am every night there is noise of cement trucks churning. 5am the trucks start pulling out materials. 9am-5pm you have saws drills and hammers pounding away. It is NOT going away any time soon as two additional high rises are coming right next to the one being built. The building itself looks nice, but it was made very cheaply. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything your neighbor does. Worse, it is not safe. A kitchen drawer & dishwasher below it were installed incorrectly. The front of the drawer fell off and landed on my toe nearly breaking it. Did they care? Not at all. I really do not suggest moving here. Management should be ashamed of their constant lies and lack of care. By the way, it is very clear that the positive reviews are all fake. Do better.
