        I loved this place 2 years ago. The Super was accessible via phone, cordial and present, there were no issues. The past year management has changed several times and now the building Super is not accessible no idea who they are, the garbage in front of the building before and right after trash pick-up is unsightly, unhoused people roam and sleep in the halls and more recently there has been no hot water (off an on) for 2 weeks. The rent is tooo high to experience no hot water let alone these other issues.

        The buildings management have made a lot of improvements. Maintenance is very responsive, though Im still waiting for a maintenance request I at least know theyre working towards a solution. A couple months ago there were issues with security but those have been resolved as far as I can tell.
