My daughter got married last September. We had ordered Wedding garlands of our choice from Vivek flowers Jersey City. A few days before the wedding, I got a call from Vivek flowers that we will not get the garlands which we have ordered because of shortages of the flowers due to holidays (Ganpati)! As a mother of the bride, I got very upset. But the lady on the other end was very polite and calm. She assured me that she will give me even better garlands than what I had ordered! I was very skeptical, but I didnt have much choice due to last minute notice. For our surprise, she did what she had promised. My daughter was very happy with garlands. We recently bought Kalash and it was broken and leaking water, its defective piece and store has no return policy for defective products they keep. worst store, never coming back to this store and advise others to be careful.

Quality of roses I purchased recently was very bad. More than half of rose flowers in a bag had gone bad. Would be hesitant to go back to this place.
