Leap

Unreal!! They held on to my app for almost a week. I called and emailed them only to get 'go back to the app' and do what?? Fill it out again. This was supposed to be quick. Ppl don't answer the phones or they can't tell you anything or they know nothing. It's the same; go to the appI hope they don't find themselves in my predicament. (I'm supposed to be out at the end of the month)

Me and my boyfriend are trying to move immediately as we've been on a time crunch in the past few weeks to find a place since we've been staying with someone else. My boyfriend applied to a first apartment unit using Leap and we had no response and we lost the first apartment to someone else! even though leap has a "fast response system" lol. We've now applied to a different one still using Leap, we've called and apparently they don't know anything about the application status so i'm confused ?? what they answer the phones for. Leap does not answer emails and does not have a "fast reponse system" we have to move out tomorrow. Would not recommend to my worse enemy.

Ive been trying to get approved for this apartment and using Leap. I will have to say its probably the least of my favorite. My opinion of write, this is zero to be honest. Theyre very hard to work with. They dont answer your questions they dont answer phone calls. Theyre very slow at the process and I was trying to move out this Friday. Underwriting Leap, you only have to use email And then when you do get on the phone with them, they have horrible attitudes, horrible communication on top of that. They made me send like 1000 copies of paystubs because they wanted the full document which I was giving to them multiple times when I try to send them proof that my Leasing agent sent them Leasing details they wouldnt take it. After that, they told me unfortunately theres no guarantee that you will move forward or get you moved in by the date because we dont have the Leasing details when I once again sent them the Leasing details multiple times, and would not take it. I still have not yet received another email from them saying that theyre going to move on with me. Still waiting
