I have experience of SageSure in both personal and professional capacity. In both they fall far short of acceptable service. They use 3rd party companies to find ways to not pay out claims to home owners and policy holders and also underpay any contractors hired to fix damage. Cannot recommend. They may be cheaper than others but you'll end up paying exponentially more should you ever need to make a claim.

With a dearth of insurers and competition almost non-existent, it's no surprise that homeowners insurance premiums are through the roof. In SC, we are fortunate to have SageSure still doing business. I'd like to highlight my experience this week when dealing with SageSure representatives, Nia (last name unknown) & Matthew Gonzalez, both of whom exemplify "old school" customer service values. They are great ambassadors for SageSure. These agents helped shepherd my documentation for consideration of a premium reduction though underwriting. They were both courteous, knowledgeable, and most willing to "go the extra mile," resulting in a positive outcome for me. SageSure is a reputable company, and its excellent staff is proof positive of commitment to its customers.
