All Inclusive Moving & Storage

I would choose No Stars-but it wasn't an option.  Absolutely awful-DO NOT work with them!  I was notified 15 minutes before they were due to arrive that they were not going to be able to make it and I should find other movers. No empathy from the woman on the phone either-just "yeah sorry" and no offers of solutions at all.  Total waste of time setting up the appointment.  I've spoken to UHaul as well-why keep this company as a link on their website as a mover who is so unreliable.  They should not be in business.

RIP OFF! Keep changing the amount, right up to loading on the truck. Still waiting for furniture! Not answering the phone! STAY AWAY!

Terrible company. We were quoted at around 1200$ but were ultimately charged $3700. We were hit by a litany of hidden costs that were not disclosed beforehand. The movers were nice guys but did not put my bed together properly.

Incredibly rude customer service. I called for a question and estimate and they hung up on me.

Hidden charges all over the place. I asked the rep on the phone to be very clear about what I would be charged. He failed to mention that I would be charhed for rolls and rolls of duct tape at $4 a roll to tape up blankets around boxes. He failed to mention that I pay toll both ways across GW Bridge for the truck to get to Manhattan....and I was moving from Manhattan to Bklyn. Then they added a tip for themselves not based on labour but also on the tape and the tolls. And (this is where it gets ridiculous), the "head mover" begins to manipulate the bill deducting cost from tape charge, labor charge, and toll charge to add to to movers' already grandeous tip amount. They drank all my beer in my fridge without asking. They did a good job service-wise. I just wish they were not rip-off artists when it came to the bill. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SKETCHY and NOT TRANSPARENT AT ALL
