OMG!! Everyone should stay away from this place!!!! they should be renamed "unprofessional group"!!! I went in last month to get a file notarized for my daughter's school. And the staff gave me the most difficult time over something so simple and charged me twice!! I had to go to the office three times because George messed up and lost my papers twice!! On my last visit I had to wait over 2 hours!! The staff was also very rude to me that day!! Not sure what I witnessed but there was this creepy weird looking bald man being rude, yelling and screaming about his documents, saying they need to be fixed. Another person in the waiting room said that guy is there all the time and always gets his papers made up here. I really think they are involved in possible document forgery/scams and may covering up serious issues with people taxes or finances. Needless to say I will never go back there!!! everyone needs to be aware what goes on here and i think this place needs to be shut down ASAP!!!

If Could I will rate them ZERO, bad customer service interaction very cold, wrong information put on my tax, I end up getting penalty, overcharge and lost the original papers and the copy they made. I was completely disappointed and promise myself never to go back to them again. People BEWARE, run away fast!
