        Absolute scam. They had a 50% off coupon for new clients so I was interested. I even called before my appointment and spoke to the woman who would be doing my filing to explain I only have one W2- very simply filing and was quoted roughly $200 after the coupon was applied. My total ended up being almost double at $370. And on top of that, they do not take credit cards- only cash or checks which was not indicated anywhere- on the website nor my confirmation email (or, of course, when I spoke to the woman directly). Driving all the way back home to grab a checkbook while she held my return hostage was so fun. Never ever using these services again.
