Klinger Tire & Auto Service

This shop is not to be trusted - they clearly tried to take advantage of me and rip me off. When I brought my car in for a simple tire repair, they immediately claimed the tire couldn't be plugged and that I needed a full $150+ replacement. However, when I took it to my regular shop, they had no problem quickly plugging the tire for only $15. The way this first shop handled the situation was incredibly shady and dishonest. They charged me $20 just to check the tire. Then they insisted the tire was unrepairable and pressured me to pay for an unnecessary replacement. Something was clearly off, so I'm glad I didn't fall for their scam and left to get a second opinion. The technicians at the second shop confirmed the tire was in repairable condition and could easily be plugged. They said the first shop was likely trying to rip me off because they were likely "struggling" and wanted to "nickel and dime" me and is a classic predatory tactic. I would strongly urge anyone reading this to avoid this dishonest tire shop
