One Theater Square

Love my new studio apartment! I have an incredible view of Military Park and Downtown Newark. I enjoy all the closet space as well. Could not be happier. Everyone here from the concierge to the leasing office has been very kind and professional. Thank you OTS for making this luxury apartment community amazing! I would highly recommend OTS to anyone looking for a beautiful high-rise apartment in Newark.

I moved to this building more than a year ago, Myrial, Yessica and Donna are awesome. The management team onsight is professional, considerate and responsive. The Concierge team is polite and helpful.

Hello! Ive only been at One Theater Square for 2 Months and Im liking my new apartment. I love the area.. its pretty close to everything. Staff here is friendly and helpful. Myrial Pedersen is the best!! She was very helpful and answered all the questions I asked before I made my decision to move in.. The only issue right now is the water pressure tends to go low at times while taking a shower. Its been relatively quiet around the neighborhood. Well see what the warmer months look like lol.
