        My recent visit to the Chase bank branch was a complete disappointment. Firstly, my appointment was delayed, which showed a lack of respect for my time. When I finally met with a representative, they seemed utterly clueless about CDs and couldn't answer my basic questions. To make matters worse, their communication via email was abysmal, leaving me frustrated and uninformed. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone seeking competent banking services.

        I had a good experience at this Chase location. Its newly renovated, and the place is clean and well-kept. Went here to open a new account. I had my appointment with Tiffany Goodwin. She was patient and explained everything to me nice and clearly. Would definitely recommend!
