Every time I make an appointment for my lashes they change it. After more than one month I finally had an appointment today after they changed it few times. My appointment was at 5. I got there at 4:50. It was 5:45 and I was still waiting for Biliana. Besides that they wanted it to charge me first for some reason. I asked the guy who’s at the front and he told me that she wouldn’t have time to do my eyebrows… of course she won’t have time because she’s 45 min late!!!!! So unprofessional they always accommodate the people that they want.

he dose a good job on highlights but he makes u wait months for appointment then dosent take u when u show up he tells you to come back in a few months …but if he takes you he dose a really good job but it’s just not worth for me waiting cuss us woman don’t like haveing roots for that long but if your in no rush n can go 5/6 months with out doing your roots i would recommend Service: Balayage

I absolutely love Douglas and all the hairdressers/stuff there! My daughter and I have been going there to have our hair done by Douglas for years and hope to keep going as long as we live! He knows exactly what we need and we always leave his salon feeling beautiful! Thank you Douglas! ❤️

AMAZING PLACE!! Staff is very friendly and always ready to help you.My Stylist Helton is very talented and knowledgeable .Front desk person Vinny is a nice guy. I travel 45 minutes to get my hair styled . 100% Recommend . Another visit to the salon yesterday , Great service !!! Everybody is so kind and professional in their Job!!
