If I could give you zero stars, I absolutely would. Marie, the manager is very smart mouth and rude. This company has stolen over $1000 UNAUTHORIZED from my card and it is worse than pulling teeth to even get a status of my refund and a waste of time, waiting hours on hold to even get, any type of useless answer be aware if you are considering switching to sprint/T-Mobile and you need any help with anything.

Been with Sprint since 1997, since they've merged with T Mobile I've had the worst experiences with them. 1st they FLAT OUT LIED ABOUT ME OWNING MY PHONE AFTER BEING GIVEN A PRICE TO COMPLETE LEASE AGREEMENT, now trying to switch over to tmobile they say I have to pay off phone for the 2nd time!! And was rold by sprint rep I'm not the only one complaining... COMPLETE RIP OFF DONT DO IT TO

Sprint has continuous practices of raising your bill without notifying you through any form of deception that it can come up with. I've had numerous issues with them and it seems to never go away. In the past two years I've had 41 calls or live chats about billing issues, 11 corrections to the billing, and now they raised my equipment charge over $60 a month even though my lease is something different. Though I paid for insurance, they never repaired the phone but still charged me when their insurance company claim was in process. It has been 13 months since I filed that claim and their insurance didn't cover or re emburse what Sprint took from my account.
