    Terrible I ordered at 7 oclock and I paid a $10 additional fee on top of the 25 to get my delivery within an hour. Hence they close at 12 AM and I did not receive my order that night nor did I receive my order the next day, bad service If they dont want to deliver to certain areas, they should put a map. The delivery delivery guy was going to make a $50 tip too bad for him.

    UPDATE 4/2/24 This service is GARBAGE. It used to be good but things have been slowly but SURELY going downhill. They used to have a sweet customer service girl who helped me, now its a person with a nasty attitude, different drivers who take their time getting to me, lying about missing items and prices change arbitrary. And dont hope to resolve anything with the owner. Hes rude and doesnt give a hell about the customers. Its not a store front either its out of a random house. Also more than half the products are FAKE. Spend your money at a REAL dispensary not this second rate trap house.I used this service for the first time today. The girl on the phone Yanna was super helpful finding me flower i would like and even recommend some edibles for me. Im very happy with all the items and I will be using you guys from now on

    This has been a horrible experience for my 1st time trying to shop with these people Ive been waiting almost 3 hours for my stuff no one answers the phone and when they did left me on hold for 30 minutes didnt come back to check on me or anything for this to be a legalized state this worse then having to wait on a weed man in a non legalized state I would give 0 stars if I could

    Do not order from here. This operation got sketchier and sketchier over time. All the carts I kept getting were fake and the bud was dry as hell. The way to pay kept getting weirder and weirder bc it seemingly changed every time. Big no for me, there are store fronts open now that are reputable. A big selection of flower. Quick, always same day delivery. Ive ordered from here many times. Dan the delivery driver was super friendly this last time! Thanks!!

    QUESTION FOR THIS COMPANY Are you looking to make repeat Happy customers or just get as many new people as you can buying your products because more suckers will keep coming?As long as you make money it doesn't matter how you do business and go about getting that chedda, it seems after my experience? Hopefully you can clear this up? Disclaimer THIS COMPANY WENT FROM ME GIVING THEM 5 STARS (and a fabulous review) TO ZERO STARS IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY Decided to try this service on March 1st and placed my order (it was $220 plus the taxes and delivery charge). I'm honestly not happy with what these dispensaries are producing and giving. It's not been doing much for me or my husband and it's not cheap.Here is my thoughts from my first delivery::The Flower I purchased was beyond my expectations.Fire I use these products for medical reasons.It was nice to get the relief I was looking form the product I purchased.THANK YOU!!!! SECOND ORDER UPDATE:Placed order at 1:32pm Received email order being prepared at 1:33pm Received third email that order is on its way at 2:24pm.It is now 4:43pm.I placed 2 calls and a woman answered both times(at least it sounded like a woman).She explained that they unfortunately only have 1 drive today and are behind. I told her no problem at all. Last time delivery was so fast, I was calling in to make sure their driver is ok . I forgot to ask her if she had a new estimated arrival time. So I called back 20 minutes later. informed me during the call after asking my name that the driver had already left with delivery.That he should be to me at any moment.I said oh great! Can I ask you if your company usually sends out responses informing there customers of any issues or delays This is my second time ordering and you guarantee 1 hour delivery? She said yes, but I didn't think I needed to do that. Oh,don't you think it's good customer service and a courtesy to inform the people? The response I received was her going into victim mode: she started complaining and saying what about me? I have to work in this office I'm not driving. I didn't think I needed to tell anyone. You can track your driver anyway, can't you? I said if you can that's news to me and I wouldn't be calling you now if I could.She said, oh . Meanwhile I get another call coming in and I switch over. It's my driver,Kelly explaining to me he is on his way from Newark now. That he just got to shop to grab my order to bring for delivery. That's interesting I said to him because I was just being informed minutes ago that my order left hours ago, you are the only driver and you were going to be pulling up any minute (figured that was why you were calling).He said I truly apologize for any inconvenience but I just received your order and that's why I'm calling you with a delivery time. So far the only good experience I have had is with this companies drivers. The product I purchased the second time for $239 plus taxes and delivery charge.Yes now I have spent roughly $500 on this service.The bud was horrible and I didn't even get a buzz!I smoked an ounce in 2 days! because I had to keep smoking and smoking to get nowhere. I got nothing out of the product I paid a lot 4. I don't expect to spend $250 and get absolutely nothing out of it but a wicked cough and chest pain.That tells me this company sends out premo bud to their first time clients. Just to get them to come back and spend hundreds more.HOW THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY CAN DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS AND SLEEPS AT NIGHT? ESPECIALLY KNOWING MANY OF THEM THEMSELVES ARE CONSUMERS. DIDN'T YOUR MOTHER'S(OR WHOEVER) RAISE YOU PROPERLY? WERE YOU NOT TAUGHT THAT YOU DON'T BEAT PEOPLE FOR MONEY BY PROVIDING FALSELY ADVERTISED PRODUCTS? When someone spends over $800 a week on a product elsewhere and then they come try you out. Id say that's really stupid business on your behalf selling knock off garbage to a customer who spends roughly 3200$ a month on this particular type of product Maybe a mistake was made and the owner will fix this? I'll be back
