Esther, I am truly sorry you feel this way. Although, you did not observe any of our policies, I was not upset with you. When you asked if I would uphold the policy I replied yes. You turned around and left without another word to me. I even said, "have a good day". Every business has a policy for how they must operate. I explained this to you although you may not recall. I mentioned the policy for lateness as well to you. It is clearly stated online that if you are late more than 15 mins. you will forfeit your deposit. You arrived late with only 5 minutes to spare and I still would have taken you had you worn the requested mask. We are an appointment only salon. When you are late you make it so the next client who also pays a deposit is late for their appointment as well. This becomes a huge problem for every client after you. Every client then suffers.The mask policy remains in place because clients are still coming in sick with covid. We are unable to supply masks and clearly state masks are required on all of our online booking and deposit information. It is important to us that we do not spread covid to our clients as a Salon is a closed environment and we are standing very close which makes it very plausible to pass on illnesses. We wear masks to protect you and everyone involved. It is important that we all protect each other during this time.I hold no ill will toward you. I would have to loved to service you had you stayed to receive the service. I hope that you have a pleasant day.
