Three things: 1. WiFi didnt work the entire stay 2. The cleaning staff was rude and inconsiderate 3. I came for a concert. I picked the hotel because it was closer to the prudential center. I booked it for two nights, but I want to add an extra night so I came to the front desk because I did it at another Marriott adding an extra night and work perfectly fine. the manager at this one was saying oh you have to do it through the website but I told him about the last place I did that so he said OK fine well you have to pay regular rate I said thats fine I put my card in I paid for it and he said OK youre all set you just have to check in and check out on the last day that you booked for on your original one and just check back in for this other one he didnt send me a confirmation code. He didnt send me any new information. The next day two days later did what he told me to do check in to check out and hes like oh yeah we dont have a reservation under your name. Are you sure its not under another name? Are you sure you paid? Im like yeah you checked me out, and he completely gaslighted me the entire time and long story short. He wanted me to pay again I had to pay again, even if it showed up on my card that I paid. Walkability: The prudential center its like a three minute walk so a lot of food areas around here that you dont need a car to drive to

The staff at the door was unprofessional. I thought she was the receptionist for check in. She scared me that i Can't get in the room Because i don't have a room key. I said my friend checked in but both of our names are on the check-in list. Then she pointed out the way to reception. I wasted 10 minutes and got so nervous.
