        KEPT US HELD HOSTAGE FOR HOURS & HOURS AFTER AN EVENT AT PRUDENTIAL CENTER!! Should be illegal. Waited hours to get out of this small parking lot with hunderds of other baffled and tired humans. This was one of the craziest experiences of my life, didn't get home till 3am. Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with this place. Let us out!!!!!!
