He did excellent work quickly and effectively, and he was also very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. Jonathan and his assistant provided me with outstanding service. I was floored by it. They arrived to repair a handle's cartridge and ended up doing a lot more for free. One of them washed the dishes, and the other cleaned the sink of hard water stains and grime. They unclogged the bathroom sink and tub drains at no extra charge by pouring enzymes down the drains. I told them right before they left that the shower faucet in my second bathroom leaked. They shortened the pipe using a power saw in the other bathroom's access space below the tub at no extra charge to me. Then other guy (I forget his name) caulked the second bathroom's faucet and handles. They checked out my brand-new hot water heater and discovered that the plumbers who installed it had neglected to replace two ancient pipes. In the future, I will unquestionably hire them to make that repair. Well, for the price of one repair and an enzyme pour, I managed to get three issues resolved today. That's incredible, and you guys are so competent. Wow, I'm blown away; from now on, Newark Plumbing will get all my plumbing business. Highly Recommended !

When I had a negative encounter with another plumbing service, I called them and explained the situation. They promised to come out that day after 4 in the afternoon. At 2:36 I placed a call, and by 2:50 I had received a text introducing our plumber, Jonathan: and providing a brief description of him along with a photo. Was making his way to us and even provided a tracking update. He arrived promptly, looked out our clogged drain, and made the necessary repairs. The staff was very helpful.
