        The mold found was inside the knobs of the faucet. Told my renter he could send out a sample to see if its black mold (which is what she was calling it). When I called home and asked if it was black mold his response was well, Ive seen worse but it could get bad. Never mentioned the testing and sent me a $3700 remediation plan, which included ripping out cabinet and walls. Its all due to poor quality fan. When I got 2nd opinion, was told to just replace fan and faucets. Big difference
