Terrace View Apartments

Way overpriced. Things constantly break inside the unit and the laundry facilities are almost always half out of order or completely closed off. Dumpsters overflow with trash thats stinks and brings tons of flies, if you live in building F you can never have windows open due to the bugs. Also some neighbors are extremely loud and management does nothing about it. You can find way better for the money they are asking for.

Very dirty, no heat, hasn't been updated in decades, bugs, And the slumlord is pure evil. The rates are way over priced for such a dump.find some where else!

Tried renting at this place. Information on the webpage is misleading and customer service is SO bad.

We lived at Terrace View for close to two years. Whenever someone moved out, maintenance and contractors would swoop in and, if needed, update and make renovations before it was rented out again. I think this was always the clear sign that there was an invested interest in the prosperity of the properties. Many of the reviews mention Betsy and Randy by name, and that's because they were always a helpful presence. Randy took pride in the condition of the apartments (inside and out) and Betsy was genuinely devoted to the occupants. There will always be downsides to apartment living no matter where you are: noisy neighbors, parking, delivery drivers that can't find your place, but this can be mitigated and alleviated by other factors and Betsy and Randy ensured that. For what it's worth, we rarely heard noisy neighbors (the noise between apartments is muffled rather well, the only noise that ever came through for us was via the landing or from downstairs), and I never had an issue finding a parking spot. The apartment itself was clean, had great hardwood floors, reliable appliances, and nothing was damaged. The grounds of the apartment were kept clean and well-maintained. We look back fondly at our time at Terrace View and whenever anyone asks for recommendations on apartments, we are quick to recommend it.
