Duane and his team just installed a new septic in the house we just closed on. He was one of the nicest, professional, conscientious people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He always has a smile on his face and you can tell he's not only great at what he does, but he also loves it. His team is polite and they did a wonderful job. Not only was their quote the most detailed and professional one we received, they hustled to live up to their reputation for speed with quality, getting our 5 BR system completely installed in about 3 days to meet our move date. I had what I consider a very technically difficult replacement septic system design (engineered by Bayer-Risse)- first dismantle an outdated system consisting of 3 separate tanks, alarms and pumps and a septic field built on very wet soil to begin with and then install a complex two tank pump system with a mound field built in the corner of my property. This was clearly a solution that fit my rocky, wet and muddy soil type. Gulick ran into problems early (truck sized boulder in my designated field) but soldiered on, worked around it and got the job done in excellent fashion and on time. The group I dealt with (Dean, Duane, Mark and Abner) worked as a team to come up with strategies and solutions to any problems encountered. In the end, I now have a very functional septic system (that actually works!) and should last for many years to come. I feel fortunate to have picked this team.

Duane Gulick is one of the most courteous and generous of professionals in the business that I've ever dealt with. Not only was the quality of his and his company's work of superior standards, his attention to detail is noteworthy. His company reconstructed our septic system which included decommissioning the old system, installing a new tank, re-routing the piping, and excavating the leach field. This involved the clearing of many trees, working on a hilly, rocky terrain, and planting grass seed over the entire area. The communication during the entire process left no doubts...he even texted images of the work as it progressed. He also graded our boomerang-shaped driveway of equally difficult terrain and paved it with blue gravel. Courteous, very friendly, efficient, very reasonable pricing, and above all, high quality work. Superb!
