        Overcharged and under delivered.. One dozen red roses going everywhere nothing in the middle looks like the delivery person dropped it on the way.

        I am way beyond pleased with this local florist. There was a hiccup with my initial order and they pleasantly surprised me with correcting the issue with amazing customer service!!! My lesson here for everyone is to not go through 1800 flowers, but go direct to local florists only. I will be a returning customer because of how this matter was handled. Thank you for always striving for excellence and meaning it!

      We have a standard price for 1 dozen roses, you can ask any of our loyal customers. The customer was rude, and nothing but a problem. Customer was verbally abusive to us, upset we would not offer free delivery on a holiday, but we decided to be the bigger person and deliver a beautiful arrangement anyway. Good karma back to you, have a Happy Easter!
