        La Mirage charged me for absurd things from the security deposit and wouldnt respond when we tried to rectify it. Very suspicious that they refuse to do move out checks while the tenant is still there. Seems like this is a consistent pattern based on other reviews. Felt incredibly disrespected and like I was being completely ripped off. Absolutely ridiculous and cruel that they illegally use the security deposit to nickel and dime people for normal use of the property, especially when their rent prices are so high. Cannot recommend this place to anyone.

        La Mirage is not honest. They will find any reason possible to cheat you out of your security deposit. For me, it was taking out ridiculous charges like wiping down the laundry machines which I had already cleaned before moving out. Avoid this place like the plague.

        Parking spots are a joke. I have a compact car, and it doesn't fit in the spaces without someone's door hitting mine. Save your paint job. Park on the street. Which is outside the complex, by the way.

      Hi Virginia, thank you for taking the time to share your review. However, we're disappointed to learn that your experience has been anything less than five stars. The parking spaces were zoned in compliance with code regulations and they meet the standard size requirements for the amount of spaces within the community. Over the last few years, we have looked at ways to increase the size of the spots, but we found that we would have to eliminate existing parking spaces to do so.
