    Recently Greystar became the management company here, I have seen about 4-5 companies come & go since I've lived here & each one is worse than the last. The only thing they care about is repairing or upgrading the exterior of the complex to attract new tenants & to trick them into believing that this is a reasonably priced, nice complex to live in - BE WARNED - it's a lie. Just to name a few issues: multiple units have broken ACs to which they are told, "we haven't found anyone to fix them" after weeks of them not working in sweltering heat, there is an infestation of roaches in units (you pay a monthly fee for pest control) but when you request pest control they never show, & their own maintenance men talk about the lack of knowledge of each other as maintenance men but still can't repair the problems. *As per the Renters Guide (chapter 8) & NM State Law (NMSA 47-8-20 (A)(2) & NMSA 47-8-27.1 (A)(1)) Landlords are required to make Wear & Tear Repairs & Material Repairs within 7 days of being notified in writing if they fail to do so you may then file a Reasonable Accommodation Request, a Rent Abatement or a Breach of Contract Notice & if you would like to take it further you may even go to court & ask for Damages or Injunctive Relief. No matter what you choose, if you have a lease the Landlord may not try to evict you as a result of your actions because it is illegal & is called Retaliatory Eviction. Hope this helps everyone!

    Dont waste your time or $ here. Not even the manager can keep her word. Tell you to not pay the holding fee until move-in. Then the day of moving tell you the apartment already has a hold and you are SOL. Get everything in writing from the liars!

    Had to wait a month for a leak upstairs to be fixed, turned out the last tenant left their water on and now the floorboard above us is rotted through. If they would have checked it the day we first called, it wouldn't have had the issue.

    I recently applied and was told we were approved. I sent my deposit, holding deposit and I know they received it. I'm supposed to receive a welcome letter or package from them..I keep calling them but the mailbox is full. I hope they have mailed me the welcome letter because I'm moving from out of state and can't afford to waste money
