        I've had nothing but great experience with the management and since she's been cleaning up these apartments our kids are actually able to go outside and play the other night all the families were outside playing football together and the kids were all playing it was amazing.

      • Fourty Ounce (40oz)

        Place is garbage just like the management. Started out good until new management came in. Takes weeks to get any thing fixed. Laundry facilities are garbage. And cannot do laundry on weekends. Only open from 8to5. Apartment is bug infested. Walk in gates don't lock. Just stay away from this place..Manager does not care if appliances work or toilet flushes went 3 months with no way to cook. Had to take toilet apart just to flush it.

        Tough exterior but a heart of gold! I've been here for almost three years and have seen managers come and go. Let me tell you, the awesome lady that's here now.... Wow! Not only is she geared with and ready for the b.s. that comes with being here into the way zone, but she cares about the people here at Las Brisas. From day one losing the rif-raf and or safety water and have always been hey priority. If there are issues, boom! Handled! She is real cool and because of her generous heart I'm going on year the here. Couldn't be happier
