    Moving into Quincy has been a blessing especially compared to the apartments I was coming from. Nikki has been amazing to work with, she listens to my concerns when there was an issue. The communication has been one of the best experiences I have had with any office in an apartment. We are very happy here! Another thing that I love is that we are able to schedule a day for our work orders without an issue, my previous complex would give me so much hassle regarding this. I have recommended this place to my friends, and its even better is when your neighbor from the last place moves in and is your neighbor again!

    Do Not Rent Here! This is a nightmare of an apartment complex. I leased a 12 month lease agreement and was not inform me that I was going to get a unexpected rent increase of over 250 dollars more every month beginning after 6 months. This is total scam to do to an renter. This apartment rental agency leased by Greystar Communities will make your life a living hell. I was led to believe that I was going to receive a clean move in ready apartment on December 1 2022 but had to wait over 2 weeks to get into the unit. That should had been a red flag to stop right there as I should have known these were complete scam artist. On the day I moved in I did a walk through for damages and said that there was a small scratch on the floor in the kitchen. They said that that was fine and not to worry about. The unit that was rented to me had numerous issues that were never resolved and I had to make over 8 phone calls to finally reach the front office. When I moved in the gas meter was broken and the gas company had to go out to fix the broken cover. The worse part about this smoke and mirrors place is the crime that occurs through it. Transients wonder in wonder at night and there is no security to patrol. I was not told except by the person who was on the other side say that there has been numerous amount problems concerning criminal activity in the past and, there is a high amount of vehicle break ins. There are loud cars that rip out at night and loud banging noises heard of illegal dumping inside of trash bins. I had to pay a 750 dollar deductible to cover the damage of a broken headlight and front window that was broken. The head manager is a complete liar that reassures your fears that we don't have a lot of problems. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFTEY OR PERSONAL ITEMS! I had a leaking pipe underneath my bathroom that had a hole in the bottom of the cabinet and the Maintenance did not fix the leak until a week later. I had to have a leaking bucket under neath my sink to collect the water that was dripping down underneath my sink. UNEXECUASBLE! The maintenance attempted to say that I need to tell them right away and I told them that I called the front, and I could not reach them. They also refused to fix screens that were off the edge of the apartment building where water collected over the edge. After this I decided that enough was enough and I need to break my lease. These scoundrels told me they would have to take 2 months worth of rent before I could break it. This was a total rip off and told me that there was nothing that could be done. This management totally lied to me and said that I scratch the flooring in the kitchen and that I was not going to get back my security deposit. They are a total pack of liars. DO NOT GO AND AGREE TO SIGN ANY LEASE AGREEMENT OR YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY! THESE PEOPLE ARE OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU A RUN AROUND.

    We had an amazing apartment that over looks the park! The apartment was huge! My neighbors were amazing! There was no crime, and the property was kept very clean! Any work order that was needed, Holly, our office manager took care of it promptly and attentively! We had some hardship come into our lives and Carrie Valdez (Property Manager) made sure we were takin care of personally! The maintenance manager, Mike Would come and personally check on all of our issues! The staff is amazing! The apartments are amazing! The neighborhood is gorgeous! What can I say we had an amazing Stay at the apartments and we had a hard time leaving! Not to mention a year-round, hot tub! The gym is always kept clean! In the summer the pools are Beautiful! And each apartment has its own garage, which Car safe from Weather! Not to mention, gave me peace of mind! What a wonderful place to call home!
