        Staff is very friendly, helpful, and thorough! I requested a quote online which was provided back to me the same day. I was able to schedule my appointment easily and the work came out great! Rough area in ABQ, but absolutely worth it for the craftsmanship and the price point! Will definitely be coming back for future repairs.

        DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP. They asked for money up front for parts, stated they would not begin work without payment even after receiving a partial check from my insurance only to find out they ordered parts without my authorization and now want payment for them before they release my car since I'm moving it to another shop. They charged me for storage on my vehicle when it took them almost two months to provide me with a status on my vehicle. First it was a total then it was not. I honestly don't know what happened to this body shop. In the past I have had two vehicles repaired without issue I even recommended them to others who were in need of repairs. Its been nothing but a nightmare. I've made contact with the Attorney General I'm so done and extremely disappointed. At this point I feel that what they are doing is illegal!

      Margie Lopez what a falsified review. In fact, our signs in the lobby indicate that all Insurance payments are due upon vehicles being dropped off or you can sign a direction of payment so insurance payments come directly to us. We’re sorry that you don’t like our laws of our facility. I don't think you will let me go to Coronado wrecking and get over on you like you tried to do with my company. What you put us through was pure bullying and you wanted us to try to total your vehicle when we don’t have a say so in that, Only your wonderful insurance company can do that... fortunately our true clientele know how we deal in business and definitely do not behave how you have. anybody looking for a handout or looking for a favor and doesn’t get their way typically leave negative reviews. Secondly, when you spoke to me over the telephone, you were kind, but when I gave the telephone to my office staff you disrespected her And you were such an adult bully. I don’t allow that with my employees. We are happy that this dramatic situation has ended. Hope you can get over the fact that we didn’t give into your demands. Your own insurance company couldn’t understand why you were not cooperative, but either way it’s resolved now I’m hoping that you’re happy with your review and we hope your vehicle gets done to your satisfaction. and even though you wrote a review like this We will still have wonderful people using this body shop. Sorry you got upset we sure do hope you recover.
