Metro by T-Mobile

So, my girl literally just got a new phone with a new number but some how someone else has that same number and is texting us saying who's this when it's my girls number? Freaking weird and we stop at this location at 7 on the dot and girl who's working says they are closed and she can't help us when online now says they are open till 8. And she locks the door. What the hell!??

This location has some wonderful employees!! The two ladies that helped me this weekend were determined to fix the problem I was having. It took some time to fix but they approached it with a great attitude!! I would definitely use this location again!! They were polite, funny and hard working!! Very clean store!

Keeps door locked even when the store is open, at 4:30 pm, 3 and a half hours before closing, claims to be "using the bathroom", and still has the door locked after being back in the front. Better off using other stores if you don't want to waste your time with someone who doesn't do their job. Went to another store where the employee actually had the intelligence, or decency to leave a note on the door implying she'd be back soon, rather than leaving customers clueless. Was helped in less than 5 minutes with great customer service.

This company is so awesome, they not only give you a discount on your monthly payment, but they also give you a tablet for free, what more can you ask for? Especially in these troubling time's of inflation, I am hoping that some day, this nightmare will go away, forever, thank you, T-Mobile for everything that you do, so that your customer's can live a comfortable life, I really and truly appreciate you all, keep up the great work!!!
