I used to get my contacts here and pay over $200 for a simple exam!! This place is a scam. I went to Costco across the street for WAY less. Dont bother wasting money here on the exam or contacts. Its cheaper and better to order contacts online.

The manager and an employee named Debra were extra helpful. Twice before an employee by the name of Tammy was there and was extremely rude and discourteous. She didn't acknowledge my presence and never left her seat to help me until I asked for a manager; then she got up and acted like she cared. BOTH TIMES. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help. The third time I was there, I was fortunate enough to be helped by Debra and another employee (I didn't get her name). Both were friendly, helpful, and extremely patient. Because of them I'm rating a 4 star; otherwise it would have been a 1 star.

This place is unique because this is my first ever experience with using insurance and this place is inconvenient because of the customer service as well as explanation of contacts. They give the customer the run around to get the order placed. Please avoid this place and its third party network that provides the eye services. I should have listened and went to Vision Works.
