Absolute worst customer service. I ordered through the app. I selected to pick up my food in the lobby. Already in the lobby, I was told the lobby was closed.(3 costumers already inside) I got in the ridiculous drive thru line just to be told that they didn't have my order. I confirmed it multiple times, correct location, time of purchase. One of the employees tells me thru the drive thru box "well we don't have your order, okay byyyeeeeee" There were no managers on site, and I couldn't cancel my order. Not even thru the app. Ridiculous.

On point, yumm! Great crew, we always drive the extra mile to come to this location. DO NOT GO HERE! I've rated this location 5stars in the past, But today was the second time we've visited in the last 30 days and it was super disappointing(like last time). I hate, yes hate, that you can't go inside to pick up your online order(or at all for that matter) staff has become super rude, they ignore your questions and forget items so your forced to go sit back in a line of 10 or more cars to get what you paid for. The food has been extremely chinzy. Bean burritos & tacos are given a teaspoon of bean/meat and mostly tortilla. It's like the staff is paying out of their own pockets to make your food. We experienced many fast food restaurants w/rude workers through out the covid times but tonight's experience takes the cake. I won't won't won't return to this location unless they get some workers that actually want to do their job. Nobody likes their job but you do what's expected, collect your paycheck and enjoy your time off. Simple

My wife and I went there last night to get some food. When we pulled up to the Drive Thru at 2250 (10:50 pm) we was told that they was closed because they was short staffed. So we went to another Taco Bell at Wyoming and Academy and spent $80.00 there for our food. I'm a truck driver and just getting home and hungry. We Drove by 30 minutes later after going to the Taco Bell father from our house and saw the staff serving people in the Drive Thru. I just tried to call the store several times to talk with the Manager and the phone line was busy like they have the phone off the hook. This store is poorly Rand and the staff is lazy. We'll never go to that Taco Bell again. We'll be going to the 1 that is farther from our home and spend my hard earned money over there for now on.
