Waited in line for 25 minutes for them to close the store. Could have had someone walk out and tell us so a large line didn't waste time sitting there. When asked to speak with someone about it to ensure they improve for the future they locked up and refused to talk to any of the other customers. They've also recently jacked the prices up on ice cream at this location, somewhat unreasonably but that's objective

This place is very, very slow. A soggy burger, with cold tater tots and a drink took them 18 mins. This is not the first time. Though is come back to this location to see if it service and food was better. Don't waste your time.
Unless! you're getting only drinks.

So you cant order green chile on the app. I was at sonic and I walked up to tell them I wanted to order cheese tots with green chile but the green chile option is not there. The girl that works there says we dont have any control over the app. I asked her can I pick jalapeos instead or something else to charge me because they need to get their money but I wanted green chile. So Im thinking that she can go back to the kitchen and tell them that there will be a mobile order with jalapeos but it will need to be green chile not jalapeos. Some type of special instructions. But she never comes back. I see her through the door but shes just standing there like she is waiting to put the drinks on the trays. I ended up walking away and driving off. Please work on your communication skills. If you dont know the answer, ask for help. Go ask your manager or supervisor. It is not acceptable the way this was handled
Theres been another occasion. The girl with the face jewelry that works the drive thru at night. We ordered a mobile order. And we drove up to get the mobile order from the drive thru but she told us we had to go to the stall. We have gone to the drive thru before and we got our mobile order with no problems so please retrain her
I will give kudos to one of the guy car hops that works there. He does a good job. Never had any issues with him.
