The installation process was terrific. Professional and efficient. The carpet installers were cautious with furniture and other items they moved to complete the job. The tile installers did a great job fitting new floor to laundry room. Raby's sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select the best material for our home.

I was undergoing a major remodel of my townhome and a friend suggested I go to Raby's for my new cabinets. I met Bob and he patiently guided me through the entire process. His expertise was much appreciated and the end result is absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't be happier. And I certainly couldn't have done it without Bob. Thank you!

Worst customer service ever! I would have left a zero star if I could have. I placed an order for some flooring and paid by credit card. Was told it would take about two weeks to come in and they would call us when it came in. We decided the flooring was not going to work for us after about 5 days and called Raby and asked to cancel. They said it was too late because the flooring had already come in (yet no one ever called us) and that if we wanted to return it we would have to pay a 25% restocking fee as well as possibly freight charges both ways. We can understand the restocking fee and it was also stated on our invoice. However, we were never informed of the freight charges, nor was that listed anywhere on the invoice. The sales rep. told us they would call us to let us know how much it was going to be to cancel. I told them I was willing to pay the restocking fee, but not the freight charges. A week goes by and no phone call. I started calling them every day with the same response..."I still haven't heard back from the rep." This went on for almost 2 months. She was quite rude on the several occasions that we spoke. I was very pIeasant every time I spoke to her. I asked to talk to the rep. or owner myself but was told I could only deal with my salesperson. Finally, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Their investigation took almost a month. Raby's still made no attempt to contact me. After two months I was tired of fighting with them and decided, I would just take to flooring and figure out something else to do with it. When I went into the store and asked where I go to pick it up, she told me "it's too late we already sent it back." Then she threw my paperwork down on the desk and walked away. After all was said and done, they still never called me, and I had to go into the store where they finally refunded my credit card minus the restocking charges. I highly recommend if you are considering carpet or flooring, to go through someone else.
