Great room when youre not getting stared at by a painting. No service for room on multiple night stays. Security talks smack about patrons. Nearby activities: Casino is just up the street.

We had the most wonderful time at the Nativo Lodge! From the moment we walked in, we felt extremely cared for. When we booked our stay, I made a small comment to the person creating my reservation that we were saying in the Nativo Lodge because we were in Albuquerque to get married. We walked in to find out that our room had been upgraded, free of charge, to an Artists Room. The paintings on the walls were breathtaking and we stared at them for hours! We also had an incredible view of the mountains. The staff even wrote us a handwritten note full of well wishes for our marriage, decorated the room, and left us a bottle of wine & extra snacks. We were shocked at first because I forgot that I even mentioned the wedding to the staff It took us a moment to soak in all the wonderful touches- my husband and I felt so special and grateful. Thank you for going the extra mile to make our wedding stay so memorable! I would definitely stay at the Nativo Lodge again. I especially recommend it to any New Mexico locals because they currently offer a locals discount, making stays even more affordable.

Awful front desk experience. My husband's company booked him 2 nights so that he could check in after an overnight film shoot. He got there at 7:30am, waited 20 minutes at the front desk; nobody was there to help him or the other guests waiting at the concierge. He called the #, yelled for someone since there was no bell, went looking for staff only to encounter an irate and abusive Nativo employee who told him he couldn't check in until 4pm, and that there were no rooms available. That was a lie; the room had been reserved, and when my husband was told to leave, the film company was charged for the room that the Nativo employee had said wasn't available. He had to drive an hour home after working for 13 hrs overnight, and was then charged for 2 nights he didn't get. I'm disgusted, and would never stay here or book anyone here again.
